• First contact us immediately about the nature of your return.
• All returns, must be shipped back within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If the item is not returned within this time period, there will be no exchange allowed!
• Returns must be sent back in original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached.
• You will have to pay the shipping charges, when returning an item back to Kina Kouture.
